I develop them when I get random ideas. Sometimes (I wish it happened more often) I’ll get ideas in my sleep and right when I wake up I try and write them down (I have a bad habit of not writing stuff down though)

My favorite genre to write is horror…I’m not particularly good at it, still always trying to improve but I love writing that genre.
With that said, it’s also my favorite genre to read but I also have enjoyed Science Fiction and fantasy quite a bit as well.

Day 7: Do you listen to music while you write?...
I have to listen to music while I write. It’s how I get my inspiration. Though recently I can’t write to music with lyrics. I start getting distracted and end up singing with the music. So I listen to a lot of piano and instrumental music while I write.
My characters do have songs that fit to their character which I write to on occasion, a lot of these songs are the ones with lyrics....

A lot of the time it’s anywhere that isn’t my bedroom, I can’t write in my bedroom a lot of the time I’m not sure why but that’s usually where I have to write anyway because I usually write between dusk and dawn most of the time.
